Application Process

Applications to the Registered Massage Therapy Diploma Program at Elmcrest College are accepted throughout the year. Applications are reviewed and processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. For the benefit of our students, class size is limited to a maximum of 24 students, allowing for personal and individual attention.

Personal interviews with prospective students are designed to ascertain suitability for the program and to clarify mutual expectations. Each applicant is evaluated in the following areas:

Academic Potential, Emotional Maturity and Stability, Personal Motivation and Goals.

Please contact our Admissions Officer to arrange for Your Personal Interview prior to submitting your application.

*A telephone interview can be scheduled for applicants residing outside Ontario.

Completed Application Forms must be submitted to the college accompanied by:

• One official copy of high school transcripts or equivalent
• One official copy of all post-secondary transcripts (if applicable)
• English Proficiency – Proof TOEFL-Mark 550 or Equivalent if English not applicant’s 1st language
• One original letter of reference (please see Application Form for further details)
• Personal Letter – To the Education Committee (please see Application Form for further details)
• Resume
• Application Deposit – $100.00 (Canadian Dollars) The application deposit is non-refundable.
