Application Process

Applications to the Spa Management Programs at Elmcrest College are accepted throughout the year. Applications are reviewed and processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

For the benefit of our students class size is limited to 20 students to allow for personal and individual attention.

Prior to submissions of applications, a personal interview is scheduled with the prospective students. The personal interview is designed to ascertain suitability for the program and to clarify mutual expectations. Each applicant is evaluated in the following areas: Academic Potential, Emotional Maturity and Stability, Personal Motivation and Goals.

Please contact our Admissions Officer to arrange for your personal interview prior to submitting your application.

*A telephone interview can be scheduled for applicants residing outside Ontario.

Completed Application Forms must be submitted to the college accompanied by:

  • One official copy of high school transcripts or equivalent
  • One official copy of all post-secondary transcripts (if applicable)
  • English Proficiency - Proof TOEFL-Mark 550 or Equivalent if English not applicant's 1st language
  • One original letter of reference (please see Application Form for further details)
  • Personal Letter - To the Education Committee (please see Application Form for further details)

  • Application Fee - $100.00 ( Canadian Dollars) application fee- is non-refundable
