The Faculty of Spa Management provides training programs specifically geared towards supervision and leadership in the spa industry. Our mission is to educate our students to become the top spa management professionals in the industry. Our vision is to be the leader for Spa Management Education and a model of integrity, quality, professionalism and value.

We recognize that the client's spa experience is only successful if all members of the spa team act in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of the spa. We believe that it is essential for management and staff to consider the spa experience as an integrated whole, where the sum of the parts vastly exceeds each individual element.

Elmcrest College offers three full-time spa management programs to suit all levels of student and all career path goals. Our rigorous curriculum provides spa industry knowledge, work-ready experience and exposure to the numerous management skills needed for the rapidly growing and expanding industry.
